David Brayne RWS

David Brayne was born in 1953 and studied at Nottingham School of Art , and the Gloucestershire College of Art and Exeter University.
He was elected a Member of the Royal Watercolour Society in 2001 and has had many successful shows both solo and mixed and has shown at the Royal Academy since 1995.
David mixes his own paints from raw pigments building layer upon layer of voluminous glazes , sometimes interspersed with gold and silver , all of which gives a unique and “romantic” vision of a gentler world as seen through the eyes of this masterly painter.
